Hotojima is an island floating in the water supply off the coast of Shiura Peninsula, Oita. I belong to the city of Tsukoku.
Overview
It is located about 14 kilometers northeast of the port of Kyushu, and is about 4 kilometers in area, 0.86 kilometers in area, and the highest point is an altitude of 179 meters. The population is 798 people. 2010 census. Also, part of the island is designated as the Suni Coast National Park. From Meiji 25 years (1892) to Showa 26,511, he was an independent community as a Hotojima village. Since there is little flat ground, three - story concrete buildings line up on the steep slope of the beach, and the landscape reminds one of the Mediterranean fishing ports. The Hotojima complex has been selected as "the historic success of fishing villages to leave behind in the future." In his book "Naganami," he describes the nature and life of the islands when he visited this island in the year 1920.
Education
Hotojima High School. Hotojima elementary school.
I'm on my way
The regular ship "Marinster" and "New or New or 2" have been launched from the port of Zuyung. The time is 25 minutes, and six flights a day are in service. The distance between Hotojima and the Shiura Peninsula is about 100 meters, and the Oita path 611 is a quarter of a mile to the tip of the Shiura Peninsula. In the September 2010 plan for the "System City Project" project, it's suggested that the bridge design linking the Shizuoka line with Hotojima and the construction of the XX101X will work with the agencies involved in building the infrastructure.
On the island
Oita Road 612 is the main Noshima Line - the only prefecture route through Hotojima. Part of the area is unpaved, and the entire open area is 256 meters, and the width is 1.8 meters, which is the narrowest prefecture in Japan. About 2014, I showed the prefectures on both ends of this road to distinguish them from the streets. But I heard that this road was not a prefecture, that some island people thought it was a prefecture road and that some people thought it was a prefecture road.
